Begin Your Day with This Super Easy, Healthy Breakfast

Love this and credit my recent 20 point drop in cholesterol to having this each morning.
No need, in my opinion, for additional sweeteners so have left out recommended jams and syrups. Play with and personalize the recipe/it's a keeper.
My favorite combination: 1/4 c. oatmeal, 1/3 c. almond milk, 1/4 c. Fage Greek Yogurt, 2 tsp. chia seed, 1/4 c. chopped cherries, 1/4 c. blueberries. Add almonds and additional fresh fruit when serving. I'm pitting and freezing cherries while they're in season for future batches.
