Sesame Salmon with Honey Ginger Glaze

Not only is it this beautiful but it's sooooooo scrumptious.
Here are the modifications I made:
- I marinated for only two hours, not the recommended time frame. Loved it.
- We broiled the salmon until it was crisp and brown on top. I then turned off the oven, closed the door and let the salmon continue to cook without additional heat. It was perfect. So moist and flavorful.
- We poured the glaze over the fish, then scattered scallions and sesame seeds without additional broiling.
A wonderful dish to add to your repertoire during salmon season.
