What could be more incredible...

...than nature, herself? These two pictures are part of a much larger series dedicated to taking a closer look at all that is around us.  IF we take the time to notice. 

The first is one of my favorites. Cashews! Can you imagine? UNBELIEVABLE. What could be more creative/more colorful/more amazing? OK, perhaps the beginnings of what will eventually become a banana just below the cashew.

wonderful the cashews! Tasted the fruit (caju) and the nuts while in Aracaju, Brazil. Still have some fruit compote in the fridge here. Come and try it.
Ahhh, home grown veggies! Our planting beds are under snow and growing season starts in June only!
So much from Alaska, where the sun and daylight are coming back in increments of 5½ min per day.

Second half of March and through Apr and May we'll stay in Switzerland.
