Moroccan Recipe: Chicken Tagine with Apricots, Almonds & Chickpeas

I totally cheated on the photo. The recipe I used has a picture that does nothing to share a sense of just how wonderful the dish is. And the original recipe would be terrific, as pictured below, with fresh spinach.
Modifications: I forgot to add the garbanzos, almonds and honey/still terrific. Some serve with yogurt/we did not but this is a nice addition. We did use a tagine and the chicken was sooooo, sooooo moist. The tagine (Amazon link) was a gift to us/you don't need to spend this much $$$ to achieve excellent results. Lucky us.
