Way to Whittle Down That Waist!

 

My friend, Anne, attributes her impressive drop in size specifically to this plank exercise posted several months ago.

By doing just three 60-second sets a day, she dropped

two pant sizes in six months!!! 

Very impressive, wouldn't you say?

She changed nothing else in her daily workout and lost no weight.

You've inspired me to build this relatively easy exercise back into my daily routine, very fit friend of mine.
