Let's Make a Mexican Pizza
This looks very much like the Taco Bell Mexican pizza to which I periodically succumb while driving down El Camino in Redwood City. I cannot wait to try what looks to be a carbon copy.

Because I love mixing hot/spicy with cold/bland, I'd top with low-fat sour cream and guacamole when serving. And I might beef up the toppings. Who needs to measure?
Had leftover pizza with sour cream dill sauce from salmon earlier in the week. LOVED the mix of dill sauce and pizza. Again, hot and cold. Plus more flavors. Will plan this sequence again. EXCELLENT.
